libgsm0710-dbg software package provides debugging symbols for use with libgsm0710, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgsm0710-dbg
libgsm0710-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgsm0710-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgsm0710-dbg *
You will get with libgsm0710-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
